SPANISH OAKS ESTATES

Spanish Oaks is a quiet neighborhood located in the foothills in the Southeast corner of Utah Valley. Above us is the Spanish Fork Reservoir and Spanish Fork Gun Club. Above the reservoir is a campground, park, and bike and hiking trails. The trail system hooks into the Spanish Fork River Trail to the North and into the mountains on the South.

With close proximity to the mountains, we see our share of wildlife. Deer is most prevalent. If they enjoy your shrubs and garden, you might see them close up. Occasionally you might see elk but they typically hang out during the winter in the valley below us. We have experienced the occasional bear, mountain lion, and bobcat.
